Terms and Conditions

Both parties must attend all sections of the course. Certificates will only be issued at the end of the course once payment is received and processed, especially in the case of cheque payments.

Refunds are not usually given as Avalon has to bear the cost of venue and staff hire. Refunds are only given where written notification was received at least 48 hours before course commencement and only given under exceptional circumstances.

Confirmation of course booking will be sent via text. Written confirmation will only be sent if the booking form is accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope.

Avalon does not provide Lunch. (There is no point in you paying us for soggy sandwiches when you can get much nicer food in venues close by… and for the same price!) Avalon does provide Tea and Coffee in the morning.

Participation is encouraged during the course but not required. If you don’t feel like talking, you don’t have to! We want you to relax and enjoy yourselves.

Avalon provides follow-on consultations and in depth workshops with any couple that want to invest in their relationship even more. Please feel free to ask about this at any stage.

We don't expect participants to contribute to the course however those who choose to be disruptive during the course will not receive certificates or refunds. This is at the discretion of the presenter.
